Ego Dealer Zone — B2B system for 200+ dealers, maintained since 2022
Picture this: you're Poland's largest distributor of garden equipment. You have 200 dealers across the country. Each one sends emails, makes calls, loses warranty cards. No off-the-shelf tool could handle it — because the process was their own, not a "standard" one. That was the starting point when they came to me.
The challenge
The company needed one central place to manage their entire dealer network — from warranty registration, to complaint handling, to sharing sales documents. Until then, everything ran through email and phone. Chaos was built into the process — and no ready-made tool existed to replace it.
What I built
I built a system from scratch, tailored to their process — not the other way around. A dealer logs in securely, registers a device, files a complaint, downloads a price list — without a single call to HQ.
On the company side: full network control, full conversation history, permission management per dealer.
- Warranty card registration and management — dealers self-register, HQ sees everything

- Secure file sharing for contracts, price lists and sales materials
- Complaint module with full conversation history — every case has its own file
- Admin panel for managing permissions and the entire dealer network

This wasn't a "done and goodbye" project. The system has been running non-stop since 2022 and I keep maintaining and evolving it: updates, fixes, small changes as new needs come up. First the build, then ongoing care — that's exactly the collaboration model I offer. Fourth year running.
