What data I collect and why

• Your email address and mini-audit answers — solely to send you your audit result and reply to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox next to the form.
• The data is not used for bulk mailing and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long I keep the data

Until your inquiry is handled or you withdraw consent — no longer than 12 months from submission.

Where the data goes

Submissions are stored in this site's content management system, hosted on a server in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). A notification lands in my email inbox.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent — just email kontakt@rysiuo.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Analytics

This site uses anonymous, cookie-less analytics (self-hosted Umami) — it doesn't track you across sites and requires no cookie consent.
